Stupid, Stupid, How does it feel?
One of my all time favorite moments in Cops! is an episode focusing on some Neighborhood Watch yokels that were running off drug dealers in their neighborhood. One of the dealers was in the back of a cop car and the yokels were chanting, "Stupid, Stupid, How does it feel? Sittin' in the back of a police mobile." Awesome.
Anyway, stupidity is what I have displayed in abundance this week. I decided that my hammy had had enough rest and that it was time for me to begin training hard again. Yesterday was a hill repeats workout on the bike. My coach said to stay on the flat, but I did the hills anyway. I felt okay when I started my 40 minute run today, but 13:25 in, I felt my hamstring go. I had to walk back to my apartment 1 1/2 miles in the rain. I am an idiot.
I really need to take care of my hammy before it gets worse. Rest, stretching, ice, compression, and elevation...right?

I stumbled across your workout log and I really wish you success. It takes a brave guy to post it there for all the world to see, but I'm sure that it really helps with accountability.
Good luck with school; your triathlons; your weight loss (how much have you lost??); and recovery. Divorce is seldom easy.

Dude from the Kathy on D list show. i was able to make out that you were a innocent regular guy. You were put in a position to wait on hand and foot for Kathy. I dont believe you stole any money. Even if you did so what. You were married to her. And 72k wasnt a big amount. Kathy did her best, used all of her power and influence in the media to discredit you. It didnt work. You still came out on top. She needed you, lets face it without the make up she looks like frankenstein. I liked the joke Jay Lenno made of her. She couldnt handle his remark. Anyway, best of luck,

Im happy to see you are enjoying life and doing well. Without "the Kathy". She did her best to insult you in front of the media. You showed your dignity by not responding. The 72k she said you stole. No one believed her. You were married to her, marriage was an equal partnership. Anyway you dont need to be waiting on hand and foot selling her stupid DVD's. F her
You dont need the media or TV attention. Kathy has a weakness, for an ugly broad she needs attention. You didnt fit in her world anyway. Best wishes to you anyway. Anoop(Toronto)
You were as endearing as her Dad was to me. I like you and Kathy both. I just understand divorce can be messy. Going thru one myself. Hang in there.
